1. Do What You Love

Give yourself permission to do what fuels you and makes you happy. When you’re happy and full of energy, it will spill out on to the people you enjoy helping.

2. Take Inventory

Where are you self-sacrificing to a fault? Are your best intentions turning into burdens instead of pleasures? Identify these areas and proceed to step 3.

3. Say NO

Is being at everyone’s beck and call doing you more harm than good? Stop feeding the chronic takers in your life by cutting out relationships and situations that don't serve you. Ultimately, everyone is responsible for and capable of filling their own cups. Reminding others of this when they attempt to take too much is not only helping yourself, but it’s helping them be more self-sufficient as well.

4. Believe In Your Own Worth

Remember that you've already made a positive mark on the world just by being here. You're worth investing time, energy, and resources into. Continue to serve the world by refusing to play small and making sure you’re firing on all cylinders.
