What happens after I sign up to work with you?

After signing up, you will receive instructions outlining how we will share materials and information. In addition you will receive instructions on how to access me for ongoing communication.

How do you bill for services?

I offer ongoing support as well as one-off projects.

Ongoing support occurs as weekly payments or a monthly retainer and will be automatically renewed based on the date services are initiated. Fees are billed to the payment method you provided initially and will automatically renew for the following service period.

One-off projects are billed based on the agreed upon estimate provided. There is no commitment beyond the agreed upon project. Payment is due prior to project commencement.

Can I cancel at any time?

Ongoing support may be cancelled at any time* before your next billing cycle begins. Any payments completed are non-refundable.

What is your refund policy?

I pride myself in going above and beyond to make sure that my clients are as satisfied as possible. However, once payment is processed, no refunds are granted (not including exceptions stated in the Client Agreement).

What are your office hours?

My office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Mountain Time (USA). I reply to all correspondence during these times.

How will we communicate?

You will be provided with my direct email and Voxer messaging profile (monthly retainer clients only) and you can contact me any time you like.

What’s the difference between PROJECTS AND ONGOING support?

Projects are short-term and do not require ongoing assistance. Pricing is flat rate and is based on the estimate provided. You’ll know exactly how much your project will cost ahead of time and there are no surprise costs.

Ongoing support is support that occurs on a weekly or monthly, ongoing basis. I serve as a second set of hands and a fresh set of eyes in your business. In addition, clients who choose the monthly support option receive Voxer messaging access to me, as well as priority turnaround.

*Ongoing support plans require a 2-week (for weekly retainers) or 2-month (for monthly retainers) minimum commitment.
